    Patrick Schutte's practice mainly focuses on intellectual property rights (trademarks, designs and copyrights), unfair competition matters and IT-law. He advises and represents clients in litigation before Swiss courts as well as in administrative procedures before governmental authorities. He also advises national and international clients on a broad range of IP-related issues, such as advertising law and contract negotiations. As a previous trainee and associate in two of Switzerland’s major IP law firms, Patrick Schutte has gained experience both in contentious and strategic advisory work.


    In 2019, Patrick Schutte was awarded the title "Rising Star 2019" by Managing Intellectual Property.
